What is a Facility Master Plan?
St. Vincent Health has begun creating a facility master plan. This is a multi-month process that consists of strategic planning for the long-term future of St. Vincent Health campuses. The resulting plan will accompany a feasibility study and guide the long-term development of our facilities and healthcare system decades into the future.
Facility master plans support the goals and objectives of the hospital district by anticipating and preparing for the future and minimizing disruption from unforeseen industry changes. This, in turn, provides a framework to judge and define upcoming projects. By doing preparatory work to understand the market, physical constraints and opportunities, we are able to use our financial resources more wisely.
The recent growth survey that you were invited to take is part of this master plan process. Thank you for providing your feedback! There will be more information on this plan in the coming months. Please reach out to CEO Brett Antczak if you have questions or thoughts on planning for the future of SVH.
