Lake County Vaccine Plan & Timeline
Lake County Public Health Agency is hosting two vaccine clinics for people ages 18 and up, at the Timberline Campus of Colorado Mountain College.
All Coloradans over the age of 16 are now eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine, and all Coloradans over the age of 18 are eligible to receive the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The governor is optimistic that every Coloradan who wants a vaccination will have access to one before the end of May, pending supply.
If you are 18 or older and have not yet been vaccinated, sign up below for one of two upcoming vaccination clinics:

Anyone with questions about the vaccination related to their personal health should contact their primary care provider.
All Lake County residents are encouraged to receive the vaccine as it becomes available. COVID-19 vaccination can end the pandemic and save lives. Until vaccines are widely available, continue to avoid in-person interactions, physically distance from others, wash your hands frequently and wear a mask.
